1:1 Coaching

You already have
what this
transition
needs.

Co-Active coaching for women in career and life transition. Six sessions over three months.

Drop me a note

I work with a few people at a time. Drop me a note
and I'll tell you when a spot opens up.

Who this is for

Most of the women who come to me are in the middle of a transition.

  • About to have a baby.
  • Back from maternity leave and not quite finding their footing.
  • Moving into a bigger role, and doing it now as a mother too.
  • Having a second child and surprised that it still feels this unknown.
  • Not a mother at all — just at a point in work and life where the ground has shifted and they can't see the other side.

What's common to all of them is the doubt. The sense that they don't have what this moment needs.

My job is to point out that they already do.

What it looks like

How the three months go.

The rhythm

Six sessions over three months.

We meet roughly every two weeks for an hour. The gap matters, because most of what shifts happens in your life rather than in the session.

The format

First and last, in person.

Each of those runs ninety minutes to two hours, and they sit at either end of the three months. Everything in between happens online, and if you'd rather do all of it online that is fine too.

What you get

A workbook built for you.

Prompts to work through before we start, and preparation pages between sessions. A shared Google Drive holding your contract, your workbook and anything that comes out of our time together, including AI session notes if you want them. You can also message me on WhatsApp between sessions, Monday to Friday.

What it costs

There's one programme and one price for it.

Six sessions over three months.
Everything above is included.

S$1,800 paid in full

Or S$920 × 2 S$1,840 in total. The difference covers the admin of splitting it.

If you carry on for another six sessions afterwards, the second round is at a better rate.

Fees get reviewed from time to time. If the timing is right but the number isn't, say so when you write and we'll talk about it.

How it starts

There's no booking link, and I don't do sales calls.

01

Drop me a note

Your name, your email, and a couple of sentences about what's going on. It takes about two minutes, and there is nothing to pay at this stage.

02

I write back

I'll tell you where things stand and when I expect a spot to open up. If I don't think I'm the right person for what you're carrying, I'll say so and suggest someone who might be.

03

Twelve questions, and a time

When a spot opens up I'll send you the questionnaire along with a time to meet. It takes about fifteen minutes to write, and it is what makes the hour worth having.

04

A free hour, then you decide

Forty-five minutes of it is coaching, so you will leave knowing what the work feels like. Afterwards I'll email you a date to reply by, and then I'll leave it with you. I won't follow up.

Things people ask

Is this therapy?

No. Therapy tends to work with what happened to you and how it still hurts. Coaching starts from wherever you are and goes forward from there.

Plenty of people do both. And there are times when therapy is what someone needs, in which case I'll say so.

What is Co-Active?

The training I did, and the way I work. It starts from the assumption that you're already creative, resourceful and whole, so I'm not there to advise you or fix anything.

Mostly it looks like questions, and me listening quite carefully, including to the things you go around rather than through.

What do you need from me?

That you're willing to be curious and to say true things, and that something moves in between.

You don't have to arrive with answers or perform being fine. But if nothing moves in the fortnight in between, we're just having nice conversations, and you can get those for free.

On choosing

"

I always tell people to meet other coaches before they decide. What you're after is a Hell Yes — yours, not a polite maybe. Anything less is information.

I feel the same way about it. Either answer is fine. What matters is that you get what you actually need, from whoever's right for it.

Drop me a note

Tell me what's going on.

A couple of sentences is plenty. You don't need to have any of it worked out before you write.

I read these myself and I'll write back either way, usually within a few days.

This is the only thing you need to fill in for now. The longer questionnaire comes later, once I know I have a spot for you.

You won't be added to a mailing list. I'll read it myself and write back.
